Q. How do I check my Order Status?  

All Completed Orders will be sent a USPS Tracking Number upon shipment. Any earlier inquiries should be emailed to executees@aol.com.

All Orders Require Signature Confirmation.


Q. Is it safe to provide my credit card information over the internet? 

Our shopping cart is located on secure servers, which guarantees that your sensitive information is secure and protected from unauthorized access or improper use. The padlock icon on the bottom of your browser window indicated that you are in the secure section of the website - you will see it on the checkout pages, as you complete your purchase. Q. Do you do sponsorship product reviews?

A. Yes, we do sponsor product reviews and giveaways. Please email us at executees@aol.com along with your URL to see if we will sponsor you.


Q. Can you crystallize items that I own?

Unfortunately we do not take in items to Crystallize. We do not create transfers only to ship out. We only crystallize t-shirts that we sell ourselves.


Q. How Long Before My Order Ships?

Orders Ship *5-9* Business days from order/payment received. 

Custom Orders Ship in *7 to 12* Business Days.
