Return Policy:

There are no returns or refunds on Rhinestone Earrings, Chokers, Belts, Headbands or Tiara's. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering. At Executees, we are committed to selling only high quality products.

**We employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.**

If you have received an item and need to exchange it, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at executees@aol.com to receive our return address, and procedure. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 10 days from date of original delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as, items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will NOT be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
